Re-Elect · Town of Cuba Council

Jonathan Enzinna

Proven. Practical. All in for Cuba.

Jonathan — Jonny to plenty of folks around town — has spent his term doing the unglamorous work of local government: reading the budget line by line, listening before deciding, and finding the common ground that keeps Cuba moving forward. He’s asking for your vote to keep at it.

Meet Jonathan

A neighbor who shows up — and gets things done.

Jonathan Enzinna believes the best local government is the kind you hardly notice: roads plowed, budgets balanced, emergency crews ready, and a Town Board that treats every resident with respect. That’s the standard he’s held himself to on the Cuba Town Council.

He brings a rare mix to the table — years on the front lines as a firefighter and critical-care EMT, the practical sense of a small-business owner, and a deep commitment to the organizations that make Cuba a place worth calling home.

Most of all, Jonathan listens. He doesn’t need to win every argument. He needs Cuba to win.

“We can disagree about a budget or a zoning question and still be neighbors on Sunday. That’s how a small town works — and that’s how I’ll keep serving.”

— Jonathan Enzinna

Past service

South Lockport Fire Company

Firefighter & AEMT-CC · nearly a decade, including a term as EMS Chief

Jonathan spent close to ten years as a volunteer firefighter and Advanced EMT–Critical Care. That time on calls gave him a practical understanding of what responders need — training, equipment, and people — and it shapes how he approaches public-safety decisions for Cuba today.

What Jonathan Stands For

Common ground. Common sense. Common courtesy.

Compromise for the greater good

Jonathan would rather get the right result for Cuba than score a point. That means listening to people he disagrees with, giving ground where it makes sense, and holding firm where it matters. Good local government is built by neighbors meeting in the middle.

Steadfast support for emergency services

Police, fire, and EMS have Jonathan’s support — in the budget, at the table, and in public. As a former EMS Chief, he understands what our responders need to keep Cuba safe, and he’ll keep making sure they have it.

Respect for the people who serve

You can disagree with a vote without calling the people who cast it “fascists” or “Nazis.” The officers of the Cuba Police Department and the members of our Town Board are our neighbors. Jonathan will always debate the issues — he won’t smear the people.

Built in the Southern Tier

A small-business owner who knows what a dollar is worth.

Jonathan knows what it means to balance the books, meet deadlines, and answer to customers. He brings that same practical, budget-minded thinking to every Town Board decision.

On top of running his own businesses, Jonathan works a full-time job remotely for a company based in Buffalo — bringing a Buffalo paycheck home to Cuba, and living proof that good careers don’t have to mean leaving the Southern Tier.

Southern Tier IT Services

Hands-on technology support for local businesses, organizations, and families — keeping people connected, secure, and working, the kind of help that’s hard to find in a rural county.

JiffSoft, LLC

A software development company building tools and products right here at home — proof that great tech work doesn’t require leaving Allegany County.

Home Base

A full house — and then some.

Jonathan and his wife are raising their three kids right here in Cuba, along with a household that’s a little more crowded than most:

  • 3Dogs
  • 5Cats
  • 3Ferrets
  • 6Chickens

That’s seventeen animals, three kids, and one very patient wife. If he can keep that crew fed, organized, and mostly peaceful, he can handle a Town Board agenda.
